Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the friendly manager couple and even received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious 2-bedroom family apartment. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a full-size fridge and microwave.
Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

The hotel met requirements. The staff was very very helpful with local information. We were in a good and unbeatable location next to the beautiful Coffs harbour Jetty and cafes, shops. Also, Brelsford Park was a few steps away from here.

I appreciated the upper-level location, which offered a bit of tranquility away from the bustling ground floor. Although there were rooms further from the freeway, I enjoyed the easy access to the highway for my travels and found the vintage charm of the room to be nostalgic, despite its 1960’s motel vibe.
One minor inconvenience was the bathroom setup; while spacious, the shower felt slightly dated and could benefit from a modern touch.

During my three-night stay, I found the room to be a fantastic value for money. The well-maintained facilities further enhanced my experience, making it a good retreat.
I did notice a minor inconvenience; the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally slow.

the location was comfy and quiet, for example, an art museum was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. and the area was tranquil, very close to the city centre and close proximity to the shopping centre.

I found the room to be clean, spacious, and a great value for the price. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasant stop on my journey.
The hotel breakfast menu could really use some fresh fruit options.

The motel is a luxury and nice place with cooperative employees, especially with our extra request. the double room is equipped with a kettle and a toaster. the beds are neat and perfect after a long day exploring Coffs Harbour. they offer early check-in and late check-out options. the pool area is lovely as well.
